This session is best suited for those new to surfing, through to those still gaining the basic fundamental skills. We provide all the equipment you need and ensure you remain safe throughout the session with a qualified coach in the water.

Once you can surf unassisted and have your own equipment you may be ready for our intermediate coaching sessions.

• 1.5 hr surf lesson, learn to read the tides, winds and local surf conditions

• Surfboard (beginner soft top)

• Rash top

• Qualified, experienced and local surf coach to assist you in the water

We will meet at the beachfront car parking on the corner of Tallebudgera Drive and Gold Coast Hwy, look for the Gold Coast Surf Experience van and flags.

Location may change due to surf conditions, you will be notified prior.

You will be able to store your belongings safely in the designated area after changing into your surf gear. Your coach will provide you with all the relevant equipment.

Once on the beach your coach will teach you about surf safety protocols, how to correctly read the surf conditions, handling your surfboard and most importantly how to ride the waves like a pro!

Coaches remain in the water for the duration of the session and will give useful tips and plenty of advice to keep advancing your skills and knowledge throughout the class.
